The Croatian Association of Family Accommodation (HUOS) organizes the 3. Congress of family accommodation March 14 and 15 at the Radisson Blu hotel in Split.
This congress, co-organized by the Split-Dalmatia County and the Tourist Board of the Split-Dalmatia County, is intended for all holders of family accommodation, i.e. all renters, and provides a unique opportunity for networking, exchange of ideas and training in the field of family accommodation.
It will be a two-day event filled with inspiring lectures, workshops and panels, focusing on the latest trends and practices in the industry.
"This year, we will hold tax consultation workshops with landlords. We were also supported by the Ministry of Tourism and the Croatian Tourist Board, which speaks volumes for the association's work and the quality of the congress itself. Last year there were more than 700 people and we realized that there is a huge need because people are eager for knowledge and want to be educated.", she said Barbara Markovic, president of the Croatian Association of Family Accommodation.
A rich program with lectures by top domestic and foreign lecturers is expected, including examples of the most successful practices in tourism from countries such as Greece, Austria and England.
Topics include the latest trends in tourism, including the new legal framework, the application of artificial intelligence in renting, advertising and branding of family accommodation, categorization of facilities, tax consulting workshops and numerous other lectures.
Representatives of the web platform Airbnb, with which renters mainly cooperate, will also take part in the congress. You can view the detailed program of the congress https://huos.org/2024/03/06/raspored-za-3-kongres-obiteljskog-smjestaja/.
