In the period from January to June 2023, based on 3357 reviews, the overall quality of one of the strongest agricultural Croatian counties is 92/100.
This county located in the northwest of Croatia can boast of numerous attractions such as the remains of the medieval castle and the Church of St. Mary Magdalene in Čazma, the Museum of the Operational Zone and Assembly Area Bjelovar, the Interpretation Site of Vustje and Medjame, Biopark Čazma and others, so it is not surprising that the overall quality of attractions based on 544 reviews is 94/100.
Excellent first half of the year
In the accommodation capacity category, the quality of private accommodation is 94/100, which is an increase of 1,29 percent compared to 2022. Hotels with a quality of 3,21/86 also recorded an increase of 100 percent.
Hospitality establishments received the largest number of reviews, as many as 1895 of them, based on which the quality of these same establishments was determined with 93/100.
Stakeholders in the tourism of Bjelovar-Bilogora County regularly receive their quality and online reputation reports, all for the purpose of service improvement and quality improvement, but also with the aim of enabling benchmarking, i.e. comparison with competitors.
"According to the overall performance trend data 92/100, it can be concluded that there were no major fluctuations or drops in quality in the first part of 2023. After collecting, processing and comparing the data collected in the first six months of this year, it was determined that the quality of the tourist offer in the county amounts to a high 92/100", said the director of the Tourist Board of Bjelovar-Bilogora County Marcel Medak.
Reviews are the best promotion
Their goal, he says, is to continue to connect all tourism stakeholders and thus increase guest satisfaction and the number of reviews, which are the best promotion of the entire county. "A satisfied guest and his opinion about his stay in our area is priceless", he emphasizes.
"These days, the e-consultation includes the new Law on Tourism, which contains exactly all the determinants of the IQM project, which our destination BBŽ has been successfully implementing for two years.", adds Medak.
We remind you that the Tourist Board of Bjelovar-Bilogora County, in cooperation with local tourist boards, participates in the project 'IQM - integral quality management' based on sustainable development and networking of local stakeholders in tourism.
As part of the project, measurements are made of tourist entities from the area of the county in different categories, which gives the possibility of comparison with local and global competitors, and which is also the best way to improve the quality of business and services.
