When we speak specifically about the British market, in the current part of this year, Britons have spent more than 1,7 million overnight stays in Croatia, of which more than 633 thousand overnight stays have been made in Dubrovnik-Neretva County", she stated Daria Reic, director of the Representation of the Croatian Tourist Board in London, emphasizing that the most numerous guests in the Dubrovnik-Neretva County are the British.

Thus, apart from enjoying the beauty of the beaches and the food and wine offer, the journalist pointed out Mali Ston and its walls, an island Vela StupaOrebic and of course Peljesac with the indispensable Pelješki bridge, which left a special impression and a feeling of imposingness on the reporter, who emphasized its significance for the integrity of the Croatian territory, as well as its influence on tourism in this region and the country as a whole.
