Crikvenica as a positive example of connecting local businessmen and landlords

The Tourist Board of the City of Crikvenica has sent a card for renters to the addresses of private renters who regularly pay their obligations in that activity. This is a project that was launched in 2021 by the TZ of the City of Crikvenica.

The card enables private renters, with business partners who have joined the project, to use various benefits and discounts on products and services when decorating and equipping accommodation facilities and preparing facilities for the tourist season.

The goal of the project is to connect local businessmen and private landlords, which will result in an increase in consumption in the local economy and an increase in the quality of services provided by landlords.

Some of the economic entities involved in the project:

• Shop of electrical materials, household and electronic devices Eldom
• Frigo Kvarner doo - sale, installation and service of air conditioners
• Photography shop Photo Ivančić
• Kimi Commerce doo - trade in ceramic tiles, sanitary ware and bathroom equipment
• Plastic carpentry workshop Spoja-Plast

The card is valid until December 31, 2024, and new ones will be issued every year to those renters who regularly meet their obligations.
