According to the latest research by the European Travel Commission, as many as 79% of Germans want to travel to other countries, which is an ideal opportunity for us, considering that nature, camping and the outdoor offer are their main motives for travel and that Croatia is still in the TOP 10 travel destinations for Europeans. On the German market, our country is recognized as one of the leading camping destinations in Europe, and this is confirmed by ADAC data, which are extremely relevant for Germans, according to which Croatia is in second place in terms of the quality of campsites in Europe, and in first place in terms of the quality of the bathing offer. We are also proud that our campsites, 26 of them, are winners of the ADAC Superplatz label, which proves that we have a truly high-quality camping offer, and our investment in further improving the quality every year "is growing", said the minister The hub.

"Camping sites are part of our offer that we are particularly proud of and that stand out for their quality, as well as investments in additional facilities such as wellness, sports fields, playgrounds, etc. In addition to the attractive locations of the campsites themselves and their high quality, we also have an advantage in the position of our country, which is only a few hours' drive away by car or camper van and is accessible to numerous guests from different countries. By expanding the offer and services in campsites, we want to maintain its position as a successfully established segment of our offer, which is especially important if we know that we have the most accommodation capacities in campsites, right after family accommodation.", said the director Stanicic.
