The representative office of HTZ in Hungary won the award for business excellence

The representative office of the Croatian Tourist Board in Hungary won a prestigious award Business Excellence 2022. and in the category for the best foreign destination and marketing organization. It is an award for business excellence founded by the magazine Business Traveler Hungary, and this year's award ceremony was the 12th in a row.

"For all of us, this award is a great satisfaction and a confirmation of quality work, especially if we know that these awards are given to those organizations that stand out for their results, but also for their innovation and flexibility. I remind you that Croatia has achieved almost 3 million overnight stays, which compared to the record 2019, represents a very good 93% of results", she stated Ivana Herceg, director of the HTZ Representative Office in Hungary, adding that the award was won in competition with the national tourism organizations of Poland and Slovakia.

Prizes were awarded in a total of 10 categories, and the award itself was held in Haris Park in Budapest and was accompanied by great interest from the professional public. Let's also add that the HTZ Representative Office in Hungary recently organized the presentation of achieved tourism results, as well as the implemented marketing campaign, and future activities such as the commemoration of the 25th anniversary of the HTZ Representative Office in Hungary, which will take place in November this year, have also been announced.

Otherwise, according to system data eVisitor, Hungarians spent the most overnight stays in Kvarner, Istria, Split-Dalmatia and Zadar counties in the previous part of the year, and in terms of destinations Crikvenica, Vir, Rovinj, Medulin and Poreč.
