Manuela Kraljević, member of the Management Board of Arena Hospitality Group, declared Manager of the Year

At the 5th National Conference Croatian Association of Business Women Krug and on the occasion of celebrating the World Day of Women Entrepreneurs awards were given for successful entrepreneurs for the business year 2022. Entrepreneurs, entrepreneurs in the category of social entrepreneurship, artisans, board presidents, board members, board members-directors and directors from Croatia applied for the competition. 

Prestigious recognition for successful work in 2022 in the category manager of the year is assigned Manuela Kraljević, member of the Management Board and Director of Sales and Marketing of Arena Hospitality Group which has been in the tourism industry for more than 30 years.

She has been building her career in the company Arena Hospitality Group since 2009, and she gained many years of business experience in the hotel industry in previous work with domestic companies such as Istraturist, as well as international companies such as Sol Melia and now PPHE (Park Plaza). 

"I am honored to have the opportunity to receive the Krug award from the Croatian Association of Business Women, because this recognition is an incentive for further progress and growth. My business path has been marked by a continuous aspiration towards continuous development and progress, and thanks to passion, dedication and complete commitment to work, I have managed to achieve numerous successes in my career and place the company, of which I am currently a member of the Management Board, at the very top of the domestic tourism market. I am proud that I managed to raise the positioning of Arena Hospitality Group on the market to a higher level through the repositioning of renovated facilities and the modernization and development of sales and marketing. "The team I manage has over 50 employees, which covers different business segments, from vacation to business and city business segments of the hotel industry. In addition, we are simultaneously developing several brands such as Arenahotels and Arenacampsites. In renovated hotels, I implemented brands such as Park Plaza Hotels, art`otel, and from 2022, the first Radisson Collection hotel in Croatia. Through years of work, I have learned that success and the achievement of business goals is possible only through teamwork and the support of colleagues. I have always tried to be an example and to support and encourage the growth of each individual in the team, which proved to be crucial in creating new generations of successful leaders, which I am particularly proud of. I base my personal philosophy on transparency, knowledge sharing, support and mutual cooperation. On a personal level, I truly believe in ethical business and social responsibility.Kraljević added.
