A new agreement was signed on the project cooperation of tourist boards on the realization of the Tastes of Croatian tradition project

On September 12, the Tourist Board of Brod-Posavina County hosted the session of the Project Council Tastes of Croatian tradition held at Ramarin Ranch in Garčin, where upcoming activities were discussed, and a new one was signed Agreement on project cooperation tourist boards on the implementation of the Tastes of Croatian Tradition project.

As defined by the Agreement, the cooperation of tourist boards is realized with the aim of joint promotion, development and improvement of the offer of local traditional dishes, production and offer of traditional foods and products in the offer of catering facilities that bear the Taste of Croatian Tradition standard, their mutual networking for joint market positioning and educational, promotional and marketing activities aimed at more meaningful recognition of Croatia as a gastronomic and oenological destination based on local diversity and peculiarities that create conditions for the development of new national and local oeno-gastronomic tourism products.

The agreement was signed by 12 county tourist boards: Bjelovar-Bilogora County Tourist Board, Brod-Posavina County Tourist Board, Koprivnica-Križeva County Tourist Board, Krapina-Zagorje County Tourist Board, Lika-Senj County Tourist Board, Međimurje County Tourist Board, Požega-Slavonia County, Sisak-Moslavina County Tourist Board, Varaždin County Tourist Board, Virovitica-Podravine County Tourist Board, Vukovar-Srije County Tourist Board, Zagreb County Tourist Board. 

National Taste Days in November

The national manifestation 4. Days of the taste of Croatian tradition will be held in the term from November 17 to December 3 2023. As expected, this year's edition will include more than a hundred catering establishments that bear the Tastes of Croatian tradition standard from the area 16 Croatian counties. 

During the three-week period, they will offer guests two different menus every day, consisting of at least three courses of local traditional dishes. The news is that he will be with me this year serve and a glass of drink. Restaurants will shape their offer according to their own choice and at promotional prices ranging from 15 to 30 euros. 

It is planned that this year's edition of the manifestation, in addition to the restaurant's offer of traditional dishes, will also include a dozen interesting food and wine events, from culinary workshops and presentations to expert lectures on the topic of traditional food.
