Aminess has started recruiting for the new tourist season: it is looking for more than 1200 workers

An advantage that certainly comes to the fore in the recruitment of staff every year, not just any staff and filling quotas, but also in attracting quality staff. 

Aminess Hotels & Resorts is just starting the search for seasonal workers for its hotels and catering facilities for the year 2024, and the Aminess Gourmet Lab is one of the assets that makes them stand out from the competition. 

For work in high-category hotels, villas and camps in Istria, Kvarner, the island of Krk and southern Dalmatia, Aminess is looking for more than 1200 workers.

The reason for the search for workers is the opening of most facilities even before Easter, and certainly the new 5* camping resort on the island of Pag, all in accordance with good announcements for the season and data booking in facilities.

Aminess announces that for the next year, they plan to invest more than 200 thousand euros. Namely, Aminess hotels, camps and villas can host more than 15 guests per day, and educated employees are a key link in the company's readiness for the upcoming tourist season and providing guests with an unforgettable experience staying in the destination.

Also, Aminess in addition to top education programs, it also provides its employees with accommodation if necessary and a hot meal.

In addition to non-material benefits, material ones are provided in the form of incentive income, such as a seasonal bonus from June to September. in the amount of up to 1120 euros, jubilee awards for employees, holiday pay, Christmas bonuses in the amount of up to 600 euros, gift vouchers for shopping in the amount of up to 140 euros, gifts for children in the amount of 140 euros and gifts for the birth of a child.

The material working conditions increase every year, which is why more than half of the seasonal employees are already returning to work in Aminess' facilities.

Aminess also awards awards for the best employees of the department, the month and the best employee of the year. Last year, this Novigrad tourism company rewarded as many as 288 of its employees with a total of 35.661 euros.
