Exclusive "4 Hands Dinner" dinner was held last night in the restaurant Step located on Plešivica, in the so-called Croatia champagne the region. It is about an event that is Croatian tourist agency organized in cooperation with regional tourism associations of Central Croatia i MICHELIN, the most significant and well-known global guide for restaurants, all with the aim of additional promotion of Croatian gastronomy and continental destinations. They were in charge of a special culinary experience and a superb wine-gastronomic experience Bernard Step, private restaurant Korak te Rudolf Stefan, private Pelegrini restaurant in Šibenik. Both restaurants are proud holders of the MICHELIN star, which is considered a guarantor of quality and excellence in food preparation, while the Korak restaurant is also the holder of the MICHELIN mark GreenStar.
"Croatian gastronomy is well recognized, which is why we continuously invest efforts in the quality presentation of our cuisine to foreign as well as domestic audiences. In addition, eno-gastronomy is one of the most important motives for the arrival of foreign tourists to our country. That is why our goal is to improve the promotion of wealth and diversity of our autochthonous and traditional cuisine, and we do this, among other things, precisely through the organization of such exclusive events as the 4 Hands Dinner", he said Kristjan Staničić, director of the Croatian Tourist Board.
Among those gathered who enjoyed the gastronomic delicacies and culinary skills of our people chefs, were influencers specializing in travel and gastronomy, from Germany, Austria, Switzerland, the Netherlands and Belgium.
