MICHELIN, the most important and well-known global restaurant guide, and the Croatian Tourist Board jointly organized an exclusive gastronomic event "Four Hands Dinner" at Gostilna Mahorčič in Rodik, Slovenia. autochthonousness, environmental awareness and sustainable development. The main stars of this exclusive dinner are the Croatian chef Ana Grgić Tomić from the Zagreb restaurant Zinfandel and the Slovenian chef Ksenija Krajšek Mahorčić from the cult restaurant Mahorčič. These are restaurants with the prestigious MICHELIN Green Star label, so many guests had the opportunity to taste a superbly prepared menu and unique gastronomic delicacies prepared according to the principles of sustainability.
