Guidelines on ways to prepare tourism infrastructure for climate change

On the basis of the EU and national legal framework in the area of ​​strengthening the resilience of tourism public and private infrastructure to climate change, Ministry of Tourism and Sports organizes a workshop for project managers and experts in the field of construction.

The focus of the workshop is education on the preparation of infrastructure project documentation in accordance with the Technical Guidelines for preparing infrastructure for climate change in the period 2021-2027. (2021/C 373/01), with an emphasis on adaptation to climate change.

Designers and other experts in the field of architecture and construction and investors of tourist facilities it will be possible to see the current obligations, practices and specific measures that they can apply in the framework of their infrastructure projects.

The purpose of the workshop is to expand the knowledge base on the implementation of binding European laws guidelines on ways to prepare tourist infrastructure for climate change, which must be implemented throughout the entire life cycle of the project.

The workshop is primarily intended for architects and construction experts and is evaluated as part of the Continuous Professional Development Program at all Chambers.

The workshop will be held on December 07, 2023, starting at 9.30:2 a.m. at the Sheraton Hotel, Ulica kneza Borne 10000, XNUMX Zagreb. It is mandatory to register via online forms, and it can be followed online, which will be delivered upon application.
