Arena Hospitality Group opened the first hotel in Zagreb - art'otel Zagreb at the address Petrinjska 7.

art'otel Zagreb is the fifth hotel in Europe under the hotel brand art'otel, and two more hotels of the same brand will open in London and Rome in 2024. What all hotels have in common is that they are always located in cosmopolitan metropolises across Europe. art'otel Zagreb is located inside the building of the Jewish Liturgical Municipality, a beautiful building that was the work of the famous architects Freudenreich & Deutsch from 1928, and the building is one of the most beautiful examples of Zagreb's Art Déco architecture.

By restoring the hotel in cooperation with conservators, care was taken to fully preserve the historical importance and its authentic appearance. Apart from the architecture and the modern interior, the concept of the hotel is made unique by the artist who is the main guiding thread of the hotel's visual experience and gives it a special artistic atmosphere.

In Zagreb, the hotel presents the original work of a famous painter and graphic designer Boris Bućan which all art lovers will enjoy. The core of the brand is art, so yes art'otel Zagreb exhibits a collection of original works by a renowned artist.

By opening Art Hotel Zagreb new jobs were opened for about 80 employees, and the hotel already received its first guests this week.

Hotel art'otel Zagreb it has 110 rooms full of art, including 5 suites, four business meeting rooms equipped with the latest technology, spa and wellness, indoor pool, fitness and a rooftop bar with a panoramic view of the city, which will be fully opened in 2024. 

Lovers of gastronomic delights will enjoy the pan-Asian restaurant and bar This is it which opens in November and is led by top gastronomic masters, along with the head chef of the group, world-renowned Werner Seebach, executive chef Dina Knežević and established dim sum chef Tom Tian Hau Low. 

art'otel Zagreb it is located in the colorful old part of the Croatian capital, surrounded by historical architecture, key landmarks and within walking distance of many of the city's main attractions, including the main square and the Zagreb Cathedral, which is especially important for tourists, who are the first guests of the art'otel. 

An investment of slightly more than 18 million euros in a historic building in the center of the capital resulted in the categorization of the hotel as heritage hotel (heritage hotel).
