"We started the Dalmatian Brunch project guided by the idea of showing local and foreign visitors what Dalmatia lives every day - moments of gathering around the table, simple but rich food, and the special feeling of belonging that comes with it. Our mission is not only to bring brunch closer, but to revive that feeling of connection with tradition, which is the heart and soul of the Dalmatian way of life. Likewise, we did not want this project to be just a tourist attraction, but also a return of value to our everyday lives. Through this project, we wanted to revive what we sometimes forget - brunch as a symbol, but also a way of life. With this project, we present not only our culinary heritage, but also the people who bring this heritage to life every day - our excellent chefs, restaurants, taverns and small local producers who proudly nurture authenticity. That is why it is a special pleasure and honor for me today that we have the opportunity to give recognition, that is, to present certificates to those who participated in this project. This confirms our common commitment to preserving what makes Dalmatia special", said Ivana Vladović during the awarding of recognition and certificates.
