As part of the 54th Vinkovci Autumns, a promotion of the BLACK SANDWICH (black sandwich with black Slavonian pork bacon), a new gastronomic delicacy of Vukovar-Srijem County, was held yesterday in Vinkovci. Along with the already known Slavonian specialties (kulen, ham, sausage, greaves…), bacon was somehow in the background, and with this project the goal is to popularize bacon through a new product ....
