Chosen as the best employers in Croatia: Rentlio won as many as four awards

At the ceremony held in Zagreb, Alma Career Croatia, which manages MojPosao portal, declared the Best Employers in Croatia, based on the results of the Pulser - Employee Satisfaction Survey. Companies are classified into three categories, depending on their size according to the number of employees: small - from 20 to 50 employees, medium - from 51 to 250 employees, and large - from 251 or more employees.

The best employers in 2024 in the category of large companies are:

The best employers in the category of small companies for 2024 are:

This year, the Enterprise Excellence 1000+ recognition was awarded for the first time, intended for companies with more than 1.000 employees, and Rimac Technology won the prestigious title.

In production, Franck dd won the award for the best employer, while in trade, the best result was achieved by the company ZUBAK GRUPA doo. Along with them, there is also Poliklinika Lohuis Filipović Medical Group d.o.o., which won the award in the health industry, while in finance, the victory was won by the company Fortius Inter Partes doo

All companies participating in the survey for the first time enter the competition for recognition Best new entry, and this year's winner is the company Rentlio doo, which is also the winner of the award Best of the best. In addition to their size, companies are also viewed within the industry in which they operate.
