The Days of Taste of Croatian Tradition event is a unique festival of autochthonous and traditional gastronomy. It is also a kind of invitation to get to know and explore Croatian counties and their peculiarities enhanced by the values of a true dining experience.
Its hosts are restaurants, standard bearers Flavors of Croatian tradition, who cherish the preparation of traditional dishes whose charm and taste are drawn from the way they are prepared according to old recipes and customs, but also modern culinary techniques and the values of local ingredients.
About a hundred of them from twelve counties have prepared a wide range of dishes that they will offer to guests in specially designed menus consisting of three courses at prices ranging from 15 to 30 Euros. It is a real opportunity to try a piece of the wealth of Croatian culinary treasures and dining culture.
The event, which is jointly organized by 12 county tourist boards under the auspices of the Ministry of Tourism and Sports, was presented yesterday in the iconic Zagreb restaurant Stari Puntijar.
