The European Coastal Transport Company, which is one step closer to bankruptcy, received a decision from the Commercial Court in Split to postpone the opening of bankruptcy proceedings until 21 September. The court gave the state authorities time to respond to a letter of intent from Chinese investors, Star Jet, which is interested in resolving ECA's debts and restarting the seaplane business next season.
