Falkensteiner in their hotels as early as last year introduced free testing of its guests on covid19, and continued the same practice this year, as well as a new testing strategy in its hotels and camp.

Thus, in early April, Falkensteiner introduced a new testing strategy based on current EU recommendations. With regular testing of all employees this initiative includes the possibility free testing for all guests on the day of arrival at the hotel.

It is recommended to show a negative result of the antigen or PCR test on arrival, which was performed no later than 48 hours before arrival, as well as / or confirmation of coronavirus vaccination.

From April 01, all guests of Falkensteiner hotels in Croatia have the opportunity to do a free antigen test immediately upon arrival at Falkensteiner hotels. "Safety and health of our guests and employees is our priority in everyday business, and since the beginning of the global pandemic in every business segment, according to the recommendations of the Croatian Institute of Public Health, we implement strict hygiene and safety measures to further protect the health of guests and our employees. Providing free rapid antigen tests that are recognized at EU level and for crossing the border, are our additional contribution to creating a safer environment and a more pleasant stay of guests in our hotels.”, Said Sladjana Sudar, Cluster Marketing Manger Falkensteiner of Punta Skala resort.

All detailed information about the free antigen test will be available to guests at reception. Testing is performed with the assistance of medical staff or independently. The results of these tests are available within 15 minutes, and the process itself is completely painless, and for the purpose of returning to the domicile countries, guests are provided with an official confirmation of the validity of the test for crossing the border.
