The tourist board of the city of Poreč, in cooperation with the travel agency Adriagate, organizes free education for renters "Everything you need to know about successfully renting apartments, villas, vacation homes".
The workshop will be held in Friday, February 23, 2024 in the Association of Craftsmen, Partizanska 5a, Poreč, with the beginning at 18:00 p.m., and the expected duration of the education is 1,5 hours.
Lecturers:
Petra Bulat - tourism expert with over 15 years of work in tourism and specializing in private accommodation. Worked on several projects including destination development projects and a special project for villas. They will introduce you to the numbers, when to open calendars, where to advertise and how to manage reviews.
Danijela Kuzmic – representative for Istria in Adriagate. She lives and works in tourism, specializes in private accommodation and with many years of work experience can boast of being the best representative for private accommodation in Adriagate in the area of Istria. He knows all the big and small tricks that can push you to the very top of the rental and fill the season without holes.
