At the last session in 2023, the Municipal Council of Venice accepted the conclusion on the amendment of the Ordinance on Police and Urban Security, which prescribes a limit on the number of members of groups of visitors accompanied by tourist guides, companions or other subjects, for a group visit to the historic center of Venice and the islands of Murano, Burano and Torcello.
