About thirty renters gathered on April 22 and 23, 2024 at the Apoksiomen Museum to attend two-day education for renters organized by the Tourist Board of the Town of Mali Lošinj.
In cooperation with companies Interligo doo i Adriatic Sea renters had the opportunity to hear everything about administrative business and financial management in private accommodation, as well as where to advertise and how to get excellent reviews.
Lecturers Meri Čizmić Kraljević (Interligo doo), Petra Bulat and Danijela Kuzmic (Adriagate) then answered the questions of those interested.

Co-financing of marketing activities, free advertising on the website of the tourist board, loyalty program for long-term guests, distribution of seedlings and 'cards for renters' - obtaining benefits in local shops are only part of these activities that are carried out precisely with the aim of raising the quality of service in private accommodation. but also improving the visibility of these same capacities. In addition to the importance of connection with the local community and the destination as such, it is important for renters to be active and monitor trends in the market so that they can adapt to them.", he stated director of the Tourist Board of the City of Mali Lošinj Dalibor Cvitkovic.
