HGK and NUU call for free education for caterers

The Croatian Chamber of Commerce and the National Association of Caterers invite you to a free training "Successful leadership in the crisis and beyond", which will be held  on Friday, March 18, at 10 p.m. Education for caterers will be held live, in the Zagreb headquarters of the Croatian Chamber of Commerce, at Rooseveltov trg 2, and it will be possible follow and online.

The Covid pandemic has caused major changes in lifestyle and work, and consequently many business problems. Managers are exposed to new rules of crisis headquarters on a daily basis, as well as new patterns of behavior of clients and employees, which affects their business survival.

In this lecture, leaders will learn what are the critical points to pay special attention to in this phase of the crisis, how to maintain positive energy in daily exhausting challenges, and how to successfully transfer it to employees to work motivated.

The lecture will be held Tanja Pureta, Master of Psychology, Specialist in Organizational and Industrial Psychology. Tanja is the winner of the Primus Award - Advisor of the Year in the category of Human Resources, Education and Training and the social recognition Marulić: Fiat Psychologia, for her special contribution to the development of applied psychology in Croatia.
