In Novi Sad, the Hotel Job Fair was held as part of the Novi Sad Fair in the hall of the Congress Master Center. The fair was opened by Siniša Golac and Petar Aračić, the organizers and initiators of this unique event, who brought 30 of the most prestigious hotels to Novi Sad and presented them to the candidates.
The Hotel Job Fair was visited by over 100 candidates, who had the opportunity to speak with each representative of the hotel individually and to leave their CV and thus ensure employment in suitable positions already this year.
On the second day, the Hotel Job Fair was held in Belgrade in the conference hall of the Falkensteiner Hotel, where over 200 candidates attended the fair.
"Active approach to the labor market is our motto and something that all hotels have recognized, but this time there was room only for about thirty selected top hotel-exhibitors. Such a need for quality workers has not been recorded since the beginning of the modern hotel industry in our region. Hotel Job Fair recognized this need already in the beginning and with a revolutionary approach to the labor market is organizing this kind of event for the seventh time, which is backed by a proven expert team with many years of experience. The fact that our fair is extremely well attended and that young people come attracted by the quality of the exhibitors and the superb organization of the fair is pleasing.", she said Anđelka Valentić, director of the fair.
The total number of online registrants for the Hotel Job Fair - Road Show exceeded 500, and those who were prevented from appearing in person due to work commitments will have the opportunity to access interviews over the next ten days. More precisely, everyone has a chance and that is what makes this project absolutely special and different from the others.
