Next week, to be exact October 20 and 21, the only conference on hotel operations in Europe is held in Opatija. 50 speakers from the world of hospitality and related industries, together with the conference participants will discuss more than 15 topic part of which is related to the Departments of human resources, food and beverages, sales and marketing, housekeeping and technical services.
In addition to topics that enter the operations of individual hotel departments, the conference will also discuss global trends in hotel operations, how to achieve the "wow effect" and what are the expectations of today's guests, how to improve the efficiency of hotel operations and what we are doing in terms of sustainability.
