The main summer part of the tourist year is coming to an end, with the aim of maintaining positive trends for the rest of the year Croatian tourist agency launched a promotional campaign for the postseason "Experience Croatia... your memories are on us!". It is about a campaign that from the end of August until the end of October carried out in the markets Germany, Austria, Poland, Czech Republic, France i Sweden, and are at the center of the promotion nautical, natural beauty, wine and gastronomy, active i cultural tourism.
"In the current part of the year, Croatia has recorded positive trends in tourist traffic, i.e. growth in arrivals of 8% and overnight stays of 2% compared to last year. We want to maintain these positive results for the rest of the tourist year, so we are launching this campaign with this goal in mind. Travel to pre- and post-season are increasingly in demand, due to more pleasant temperatures and less crowds in the destination, but also due to more accessible and favorable prices of various tourist products and services. ", he said Kristjan Staničić, director of the CNTB, emphasizing that sustainability in travel is important to more than 80% of the world's travelers.
