Promo hotel 2022 - 37th International Fair of Food, Beverages and Equipment for Tourism will be held in Poreč's Žatika Hall from March 02 to 05, 2022.

The fair will be held on 4500 square meters of indoor and 500 square meters of outdoor exhibition space, and the fair is intended for everyone in the Horeca industry, hotel owners and managers, apartment renters, owners of cafes and restaurants.

The aim of the fair is to bring closer to tourism workers, but also to our fellow citizens world trends in hospitality and tourism and thus contribute to the promotion and development of the city, county, Republic of Croatia and the wider region.

PromoForum 2022 is the educational face of Promohotel - an international fair of food, beverages and equipment for tourism with a focus on education and human resources development in the HoReCa area.

This year's PromoForum will be hosted as the second such edition Human Resources Conference which is organized in cooperation with the Ministry of Tourism and Sports, the Association of Caterers of Kvarner and Istria, and will bring together renowned Croatian lecturers who will hold interesting, practical and useful lectures for personal and professional development at the individual and organizational level.

On the second day, PromoForum will host lectures Marinele Dropulić Ružić from Merkalis, Sasha Tenodia from Hangar production and Vedrana Sorić from the Sorbel Group - a great mix of lecturers on human resources in tourism.

The PromoForum combines theory and practice through specialized lectures by top experts in the field of human resources management, personal and professional development, neuroscience, leadership and non-traditional sales and guest relations, panel discussion on the possibilities of including vulnerable groups (young, older and disabled) in tourism jobs and presentation of programs, plans, projects by the Ministry of Tourism and Sports on solving the problem of the workforce in tourism with a special focus on attracting vulnerable working groups to jobs.

Also, PromoForum within the entire program focuses on digitalization and informatization of business, education for employees and leaders of tourist boards, and all those who are united in the concept of "family accommodation" for which also created an interesting and useful training program.
