"Considering the successfully realized business year, which took place in particularly challenging circumstances, employees as key players in the business process significantly contributed to the company's business achievements. Therefore, aware that the quality of service in tourism is created by our employees in 2021, we have paid special attention to the development of human resources and care for our employees and their families. " he stated Goran Ražnjević, President of the Management Board of Ilirija dd, added that in the next business year he will pay attention to the further development of a motivating work environment.
