After the completion of the second phase of the investment cycle that Imperial Riviera started in 2019, the Valamar Meteor Hotel 4 * in Makarska was successfully reconstructed and renovated.
The investment of Imperial Riviere is worth a total of 85 million kuna, and the famous Makarska hotel received a number of new facilities and even higher quality accommodation. The investment in the Valamar Meteor Hotel included the construction of a new outdoor pool and the expansion of the existing one with new facilities and attractions adapted to family vacations, as well as the refurbishment of the indoor pool with a wellness center that will work within Valamar's Sun & Spa concept.
After 111 rooms were renovated in the first phase of the investment, in the second phase the arrangement of the other 160 modernly equipped rooms was completed. Children's clubs have been renovated and additionally equipped, and Valamar's new concept of a hotel restaurant - Mediterraneo - has been implemented. The MICE zone with a total of 100 seats has been arranged and equipped, the terrace has been reconstructed, the access to the hotel and part of the parking lot have been arranged, and horticulture has been improved.
