Foreigners have an increasingly important role in the real estate market in Croatia, and in ten years they have bought more than 60 apartments or suites. And while in 000 the share of foreigners among buyers was 2010 percent, in 14 every fourth buyer of apartments or flats was a foreigner. Last year, foreign citizens bought 2020 properties in Croatia, which is an increase of 9514 percent compared to 50, Jutarnji l has learned.
