Tourist "Green Line"

Also this year, on the initiative of TZ Split - Dalmatian County, and with the support of the tourism sector, the "Green Line", a tourist bus line established last year, started running from Split's Riva to Dalmatinska zagora until November. The first stopping point is Dugopolje, the Visitor Center, which is also the starting point for excursions around the Dalmatian Zagora. From this year, the tourist agencies that organize tour programs in Dalmatian Zagora offer guests a whole range of options for visiting Zagora, depending on their interests, from horseback riding, quad biking, to visiting sacred and historical monuments and places. Otherwise, the line continues via Klis and the ethno-agro park Stella Croatica.

"The key is that we offer new original content, we bring guests to the gates of Cetinska Krajina and we give the opportunity to travel agencies to host guests there, be it bicycles, quads or vans, and to take them for five or six hours to see Dalmatian Zagora Guests will thus have the opportunity to learn about the comparative advantages of the Zagorje part of our county, which offer a number of opportunities to enrich their stay.", says Ivana Vladović, who initiated this project in order to relieve urban tourism.
