CPI Property Group ( CPIPG ) has officially announced that it has sold 100% of SUNČANI HVAR NEKRETNINE doo and SUNČANI HVAR dd, the companies that own and manage the Sunčani Hvar hotels, to Eagle Hills from Abu Dhabi.
"CPIPG continues to see strong investor interest in hotels as tourism and business travel have fully recovered from the period of the COVID-19 pandemic.", He said Jan Kratina, director of CPI Hotels and added that they are sure that Eagle Hills will contribute to the further success of Hvar as a desirable tourist destination.
The Eagle Hills company is thus after the takeover Bluesun Hotels & Resorts two years ago, it also bought the largest hotelier in the Split-Dalmatia County - Sunčani Hvar.
