The company Aminess Hotels & Resorts achieves its successful development and business results thanks to motivated and loyal employees. At the same time, due to the high representation and constant growth of the number of women in the workforce and in key positions, Aminess is an example of good practice on the Croatian market, and with its employment and education programs it strives to maintain a high representation of women in the organization and in leadership and managerial positions.

On the occasion of the upcoming International Women's Day, Aminess emphasizes the importance of all women in the workforce, who make up more than 56% of the total number of employees in the company. The high proportion of women refers not only to the total number of employees, but also to leadership and management positions, where women make up almost 47% of leadership positions and almost 50% of managerial positions.

A few years ago, the company started the Ami Woman project, as part of which this year, on the occasion of Women's Day, it gives its employees one free working day that they can use throughout the year, and on the eve of the holiday itself, on Thursday, March 7, it organizes an appropriate get-together with lunch at all Aminess locations.

This is why we launched the Ami Woman project, for which I am extremely grateful I am glad that it has become a kind of tradition in the company. With it, we want to highlight women in the organization and contribute to strengthening awareness of the importance of the role of women in society, their strength and abilities, but also the support we must provide them.", said the president of the Aminess Management Zrinka Bokulić, who herself has more than 15 years of experience in management positions at Aminess.

Along with this appropriate recognition of women in the organization, Aminess strives to motivate and educate all its employees with its numerous internal programs. Aminess hotels, camps and villas can host more than 15 guests per day, and educated employees are a key link in the company's readiness for the upcoming tourist season and providing guests with an unforgettable experience staying in the destination. For this reason, the company annually allocates more than 200.000 euros to various internal education and training programs.

All Aminess employees are provided with incentive income, such as a seasonal bonus from June to September in the amount of up to 1.120 euros, jubilee bonus for employees, holiday pay, Christmas bonus in the amount of up to 600 euros, a gift voucher for shopping in the amount of up to 140 euros, a gift for children in the amount of 140 euros and a gift for the birth of a child. The material working conditions are increasing every year, which is why more than half of the seasonal employees are already returning to work in Aminess' facilities.
