Campaign underway to encourage early travel bookings in 2025.

The Croatian Tourist Board launched the "Croatia is just a booking away" campaign, which aims to encourage early bookings and travel in 2025.

Taking into account the return of certain trends in tourism, such as the increased growth in demand for first minute offers, Croatian tourist agency she launched a campaign "Croatia is just a booking away" which aims to encourage early bookings and travel in 2025. Activities as part of this campaign are carried out in the markets from which Croatian tourism generates the most tourist traffic, but also in those markets which, according to certain researches, have the highest tendency to book early. They are Germany, Austria, UK, Netherlands, Sweden Switzerland. The campaign lasts until the end of February 2025.

"The trend of earlier booking is becoming more and more popular, partly due to more favorable prices, partly due to the need for timely travel and vacation planning. Through creative promotional activities, we strive to attract guests to choose our country as their next destination. In addition, we want to bring a range of tourist products closer to our future guests overall Croatian tourist offer, and the goal with this campaign is to further strengthen Croatia's position as a safe, year-round and attractive tourist destination that has the potential to achieve even more intense tourist traffic throughout the year.", he said Kristjan Staničić, director of the Croatian Tourist Board.

Let's add that within the campaign, the emphasis is on those tourist products for which the most interest is expressed in the mentioned markets, namely beautiful nature, culture, nautical, wine and gastronomy and active tourism. Promotional activities are realized through offline and online media, i.e. as part of television and radio programs, newspapers, outdoor and display advertising channels, social networks, etc., and are carried out on the most important booking platforms of the mentioned markets. 

After the excellent trends in October, during which 8% more arrivals and overnight stays were achieved in our country, the positive trends of tourist traffic in the off-season continued in the current part of November, during which traffic growth of 10% in arrivals and 13% in overnight stays. Also, the cumulative growth of traffic at the level of the whole year of 3% in arrivals and 1% in overnight stays was successfully maintained, so Croatian tourism will end this year with a positive result, while the impact of the campaign to encourage early booking will be visible in the results of tourist traffic in 2025 . year.
