The first Camping&Outdoor fair starts this weekend

This weekend, for the first time in Croatia, Family Mall is starting Camping&Outdoor fair, where more than 60 exhibitors from Croatia, Slovenia and the Netherlands will present the latest range of equipment for camping and outdoor activities.

At this specialized fair for all lovers of camping, active vacations, adrenaline sports and all sports activities, visitors will be able to get to know numerous camps, excursion destinations, sports associations, as well as activities such as diving and hiking.

"Regardless of whether they engage in camping, cycling and hiking actively or passively, this fair will be interesting for all lovers of active vacations. Considering that the number of running clubs, hiking associations and camps is growing, and the market is developing more and more, we felt that it was necessary to create a fair that would show all the possibilities of an active holiday.", speaks Damjana Domanovac, director of the fair.

What can visitors expect at the fair?

• Fair discounts and promotion camps, schools of sports activities, insurance, promotion and sale of excursion destinations, promotion of associations of various sports activities and others...
• Sale of equipment for camping and outdoor activities (equipment for cycling, camping, hiking, water sports, diving, nautical, electric scooters, garden equipment, etc.)
• FREE ADMISSION and secured parking

• April 1-2 in the Family mall
• Fair pavilion 1 and pavilion 2 on a total of 2200m2
• Sat/Sun from 10:00 a.m. to 19:00 p.m

Experience from the PLACE2GO fair 

Last weekend, the organizers of the fair also organized the jubilee, 10th international tourism fair PLACE2GO, which was attended by more than 200 exhibitors from 17 countries. 15 visitors visited the fair in Arena Zagreb in three days, a B2B Friday 1686 visitors. Starting next year, the PLACE2GO fair will be changing, so for the first time it will last from Thursday to Saturday. 

As a reminder, 20 lectures and panels were held during the three days of the fair, and visitors had the opportunity to get to know distant destinations such as Algeria, Malaysia and the United Arab Emirates, as well as neighboring countries such as Serbia, Montenegro and Bosnia and Herzegovina.

On the first day of the fair, the panelists discussed sustainability and artificial intelligence in tourism and the extension of seasonality through nautical tourism. During the weekend, lectures were given by many famous people such as Momčilo Otašević, Mija Kovačić, Hrvoje and Ivana Rupčić, Andrea Trgovčević Iličić and others. 

 The fair is open from 10 a.m. to 19 p.m., and admission is free.
