The first and only specialized lifelong learning program for camping in Croatia 

Camping Resort Management (MCR) it is intended for everyone who works in camps or would like to open their own camp. The MCR was developed with the aim of enabling participants to develop and adopt specific knowledge and competencies of the camping industry. After completing the program, participants will have specific knowledge, skills and competencies for providing top camping services.

• Basics of camping service management
• Managerial reporting with practical examples
• Marketing in camps with a guest lecturer on the topic of digital marketing
• Sales in camps with guest lecturers on the topic of dynamic pricing
• Operations in the camping resort with guest lecturers from the practice of individual departments in the camp
• Managing guest satisfaction with a guest lecturer in the field of human resources
• Safety, maintenance and sustainable development management with an emphasis on new trends and technologies in the camping resort

These are just some of the topics that the participants will master from 30 quality lecturers, and it is important to point out that there will be organized and field classes from 22-24.04 April. in a 5 * camp. At the end of the training program, participants will receive 10 ECTS credits.
