Public invitation to participate in the celebration of the World Tourism Day in Istria in 2023 has been published

As every year, on September 27th, the World Tourism Day is celebrated all over the world, and this year's slogan under which it is held is TOURISM & GREEN INVESTMENTS / TOURISM AND GREEN INVESTMENTS.

The Administrative Department for Tourism of the Istrian County is organizing the celebration of the World Tourism Day in Istria for the eighth year in a row, and this year's edition will be held September 30 and October 1 (Saturday and Sunday), on the territory of the entire Istrian County.

All legal and natural persons, i.e. providers of tourist and tourism-related services, operating in the area of ​​Istria County, are hereby invited to join in order to jointly make our tourist offer more accessible and recognizable to all citizens and visitors, the Istria County announced.

Among all applications received, those that fit into the county's development priorities will be selected, especially those that operate in accordance with the principles of smart, sustainable and responsible development, and that contribute to raising the quality and extension of the tourist season, creating experiences, and inclusive and balanced development of tourism Istria.

Applications can consist of providing free services or with a discount of up to 50%, and are made exclusively online, by filling out the form available at the following link: www.istra-sdt.com . The deadline for online application is Friday, SEPTEMBER 15, 2023. years, and all the necessary information can be obtained from the Administrative Department for Tourism, by sending an inquiry to the e-mail address turizam@istra-istria.hr or by calling 052/351-602.
