"Precisely from the previous cooperation, ie joint design and implementation of various projects, primarily related to strengthening and promoting eno-gastronomic offer, but also its permeation with outdoor segments and the abundance of cultural, historical and natural attractions, the idea was conceived in early 2020. about a somewhat more formal, project association for the purpose of stronger joint promotion of eno-gastronomic offer and enogastronomic events of the destination on domestic and foreign markets. Project cooperation will be realized through joint design and implementation of programs that will be jointly defined, all in accordance with the available financial resources. Kantaruti pointed out.
The main goal of this project association is to further strengthen cooperation and existing capacities and joint promotion on the domestic and foreign markets, all in accordance with the guidelines of the Law on Tourist Boards and the promotion of Croatian tourism, which encourages the association of tourist boards.
By the way, the Central Istria Tourist Board is the first tourist board in Croatia, founded in 2007 for 9 local self-government units, and the project association is currently among the first examples of association of the tourist board with neighboring local tourist boards in Croatia.
