Next week, the HoReCa Adria fair will be held in Opatija

The leading equipment fair for hotels, restaurants and holiday homes takes place from Thursday, October 20 to Saturday, October 22 and brings a hundred selected exhibitors to Opatija, representing the most important brands of equipment for improving the quality and furnishing of tourist facilities.

After the tourist season, which according to many parameters will overtake the record year 2019, the fair will be held in Opatija for the eighth time in a row HoReCa Adria. The fair is intended for the tourism sector, which is already thinking about the preparation of the new tourist season and investments in quality, and over the years it has profiled itself as a place where leading suppliers of equipment and technology gather.

"This year, the HoReCa Adria fair gathers about a hundred exhibitors, and through the boutique concept, a selection of the best brands for furnishing tourist facilities is presented. I believe that all owners and managers of facilities at the HoReCa Adria fair will find a specific offer of equipment and services to increase quality in one place, because this year has really shown that it is details and quality that are crucial in increasing competitiveness, but also the basis for extending the tourist season." , announced the director of the fair Adriano Požarić.

Exhibitors have prepared numerous premieres of new products this year as well.

The Italian manufacturer of professional equipment Unox presents for the first time the Speed-X, the latest generation of convection ovens in which food can be prepared in a much shorter time than before, and which also has the option of automatic washing. The Bijeli svijet company will present the new LG Titan professional dryers for the first time not only on the Croatian, but also on the European market, Tehno Zagreb presents the latest generation of convection ovens that enable remote control and control of food preparation. Gemma B&D will show the latest generation of Smeg appliances for use in tourist facilities, while the company Eten presents a revolutionary method and appliances for cooking with ultrasonic waves.

The exhibition program of the HoReCa Adria fair, in addition to professional hotel and catering equipment, also includes small inventory and consumables, furniture for indoor and outdoor spaces, decorations and arrangements, awnings and sun protection, means and tools for maintaining cleanliness and hygiene, as well as reservation systems and technological solutions aimed at optimizing business in tourism. In short, everything needed for furnishing or renovating a hotel room, restaurant or kitchen, decorating the interior of an apartment or holiday home.

The fair is open on Thursday, October 20 and Friday, October 21 from 10 a.m. to 18 p.m., and on Saturday, October 22 from 10 a.m. to 16 p.m. Entry to the fair is free with registration for a business visit.
