Sunny Hvar is looking for seasonal workers and guarantees a salary of 1.000 euros in the high season

Sunny Hvar guarantees a minimum income of 800 euros net in the pre- and post-season, and 1.000 euros net during the high season.

In Sunčani Hvar, the selection and recruitment of seasonal workers is carried out as part of the year-round human resources program with the aim of finding and hiring quality and professional staff. In this way, the additional development of all permanent and seasonal employees is enabled and the selection of future employees is carried out. In addition to a wide range of seasonal jobs, year-round employment is also offered, in accordance with business needs and organization.

In addition to the mentioned benefits, this year Sunčani Hvar guarantees every employee a minimum income in the amount of 800 EUR net in the pre- and post-season, and during the high season even 1.000 EUR net! The first seasonal recruitment starts at the beginning of April, and the end of the season is expected at the end of October. In total, they will employ more than 500 seasonal team members to work in the positions of waiters, receptionists, cooks, assistant cooks, SPA therapists, bartenders and maids. What is particularly recognized by the employees is regular working hours with a plan to redistribute working hours, a free day per week and the experience of working in a dynamic and international environment with a clientele of extremely high paying power.
