Croatian Tourist Board at the prestigious Loop B2B events in Mali Lošinj

Croatian tourist agency participates in Loop (Luxury on our Planet) B2B events dedicated to MICE (meetings, incentives, conferences, exhibitions) industry, holiday tourism and the CEE region, which this year are being held in Mali Lošinj.

It is a renowned international event for the MICE, leisure and luxury travel segment, which brings together the most important distributors of luxury travel - travel agencies and tour operators, hotels, members of international associations and other entities from the travel industry globally and from Germany, Austria, Switzerland, as well as markets Central and Eastern Europe (CEE), with the aim of networking representatives of attractive destinations, hotels and event spaces, travel agents and various foreign suppliers.

As part of the event, Croatian tourist agency represents domestic MICE, vacation and luxury offers and services adapted to the needs of business meetings and conferences that strongly contribute to the entire industry of business travel, as well as the results of tourist traffic achieved on the basis of business tourism.

"Croatia is an ideal destination for small and medium-sized business events, with excellent infrastructure and long-term experience of Croatian professionals, quality international transport connections and a rich cultural and natural heritage. The increasingly frequent organization of business events throughout our country proves that we are effectively using the potential of MICE tourism, and very we are also strongly focused on segments of the high-value tourist offer according to the guidelines of the new Strategic Marketing and Operational Plan of Croatian Tourism", said the director of the Croatian National Tourist Board Kristjan Staničić, adding that business gatherings are one of the best drivers of Croatia's development as a year-round destination because they are held primarily in the pre- and post-season period.

This year's events under the umbrella Loop luxury fair platforms they started with a fair Loop MICE Spring 2024 which takes place from April 7 to 10, followed by Loop Leisure from April 10 to 14. Loop CEE will round off the overall Loop event, lasting from April 14 to 18. The Loop event has been held for ten years twice a year around the world.

Let's add that Loop events are very important for Croatia, considering that in our country, around 90% of the total tourist traffic is realized from European markets, where these most important distributors of luxury travel come from.
