Educational programs are based on the results of the Analysis of best practice examples, examination of educational needs and labor market needs, and development needs and potential for increasing the sustainability and resilience of the tourism sector, which provided key information on potential target groups and recommendations for creating educational programs.

The programs are designed to enable the acquisition of knowledge and skills necessary for competitive and innovative business, thereby encouraging the sustainable development of the tourism sector. They are aimed at strengthening the sector's resilience to future challenges and adaptation to modern trends, such as the digital and green transition, with a special emphasis on the inclusion of local populations and vulnerable groups.

Educational programs are available to interested participants via vouchers from the Croatian Employment Service, and anyone interested in implementing the program can find more information at official site Ministry of Tourism and Sports.
