Plava Laguna joined the Croatian Tourist Card project (CRO card).
So now all holders of the Croatian Tourist Card can get a 10 percent discount for reservations in the solid facilities of Plava Laguna, as well as in mobile homes in Istracamping campsites through the call center of Plava Laguna and via the website.
"We are glad to be involved in this project to encourage our local guests to spend their holidays in Croatia. Plava Laguna has facilities in Poreč, Umag and Rijeka, so we invite all those interested to use their tourist cards for their weekend vacations or their summer vacation in our facilities. Guests can choose accommodation in one of our 4 Resorts, 25 hotels or 13 suites. The Croatian Tourist Card is a great project that encourages domestic tourism, which is extremely important to us in this time of pandemic, especially because other European countries will want to keep domestic guests in their countries.", They say from the Blue Lagoon.
In its accommodation capacities, Plava Laguna can accommodate over 43 thousand guests a day, which makes over 4,8 million overnight stays annually.
Let us remind you that the Croatian Tourist Card is a project of the Government of the Republic of Croatia and the Ministry of Tourism and Sports with the aim of increasing the consumption of Croatian citizens in catering and tourist facilities throughout the Republic of Croatia.
Cash, in the amount of up to HRK 2500 of non-taxable income per year, can be paid by employers to their employees, with whom the tourist card holder can cover their costs for the use of services and products within the tourist offer during the year.
Thus, the tourist card can be used to pay for accommodation and food and beverage consumption in catering facilities, travel agency and tour operator services, package deals, stay in private renters' facilities and boat rental - in a word, in all places that accept bank card payments.
