Green Future the conference, which will bring together dozens of business people, scientists, ministers, mayors and activists from all over the world, starts tomorrow at 10 a.m. in Split's HNK.
Green technologies, urban and e-mobility, environmental protection, digitization of business and financing of green projects will be discussed.
"Everyone who will be in Split for the next two days has a common goal, which is a sustainable future in which, as a society, generations after us, we leave a better planet than the one we found." - he said Marijan Čipčić, one of the organizers of the conference.
After the spectacular first edition, which was watched live by about a thousand visitors, this year in the temple of Split culture, among others, he will speak Sébastien Pellion from Glov, former Minister of Tourism of Austria Elisabeth Kostinger, Croatian Minister of Tourism and Sports Nikolina Brnjac, Andrius Bičeika from REVOLUT, the mayor of Split Ivica Puljak and many others.
"It is a special challenge, but it is also a pleasure for us to organize an event like this, of world importance in Split. The changes we want to encourage are not simple, they require an interdisciplinary approach and the networking of all stakeholders in society, from entrepreneurs to public officials to activists. Only by working together can we achieve the future we want." - he pointed out Tomislav Buljubasic, co-organizer of the Green Future conference.
A special advantage of the Green Future conference is precisely the gathering of representatives of the public and private sectors from all over the world, which provides a unique platform for learning about modern technologies and examples of good practice related to a topic that is universally accepted as the most important preoccupation of today.
"Almost two thirds of EU funds are related to green technologies and transition. Cities, counties, companies and associations that want to keep up with the times have recognized this and that is why we have an excellent global response to Green Future, because the future is coming, whether we are prepared or not." - He said Fire Bagatin, co-organizer of the conference.

It's good for our people to see what others have to say, and we also have knowledge that is relevant on a global scale.. - he emphasized Dean Marušić from the company Ericsson Nikola Tesla.
Let's add that as part of the conference, where more than 1000 visitors are expected, will also be held Startup Challenge for companies that develop innovative solutions in the field of sustainable development.
Representatives of ten startups will be able to present their eco-idea to the jury, and in addition to prizes and expert advice, they will be given the opportunity to network with industry titans and investors.
