Aminess Hotels & Resorts is successfully building its gourmet offer through cooperation with prominent local chefs, who bring their rich knowledge to Aminess restaurants and hotels.
A new name in the really impressive line-up of Aminess chefs is Matija Pavlic, who built his experience at The Ledbury, a London restaurant with three Michelin stars, City Social London and 360 Dubrovnik, with one Michelin star each.
His portfolio also includes three top Zagreb restaurants - ManO, Pod Zidom and Barbieri's.
Matija will join the Aminess team in 7 Seas Restaurant & Bar in Njivice, where he will be the head of the kitchen and "right hand" to his namesake and longtime friend, Matija Bogdan.
They have already worked together in various restaurants and have become a proven team, and now reunited under the Aminess brand, they continue their collaboration and joint creation of unforgettable gourmet experiences for all visitors to the 7 Seas restaurant.

With this valuable addition, the top team of Aminess chefs becomes even stronger. In the past few years, collaborations have been started with David Skok, Hrvoje Zirojević, Matija Bogdan and Melkior Bašić, who help shape the menu in Aminess facilities and share their knowledge with staff in the gourmet sector through the Aminess Gourmet Lab project.
