In the packed hall of the Association of Craftsmen in Poreč, a free education was held on Friday, which the Tourist Board of Poreč has been organizing for its renters for many years.
Education is calledEverything you need to know about successfully renting an apartment, villa, holiday house' was organized in cooperation with the Adriagate travel agency.
Registration was mandatory due to the limited number of places, and the fact that the landlords are ready to follow new trends in tourism is proven by the fact that all places filled a few days after the opening of applications.
A wide range of topics
The program of the educational workshop covered a wide range of topics related to all segments of provision catering services of accommodation in a household - from the latest tourist trends, where to advertise, how to create prices and discounts, manage reviews, fill pre- and post-season, how to adapt to the needs and wishes of guests, branding accommodation and standing out from the competition, doing business through social networks, portals and travel agencies and more many other interesting topics.
Renters received information on the most current issues related to the legal obligations they must fulfill as well as the conditions that the facilities must meet.
Lecturers
The lecturers at the training were tourism experts, specialized in private accommodation, Petra Bulat i Danijela Kuzmic.
At the end of the lecture, taxpayers could ask questions related to their accommodation facilities, and considering the response to this current topic, the event turned out to be very successful.
Organization of education for renters is a multi-year practice with which the Tourist Board of the city of Poreč strives to continuously educate tourism stakeholders and encourage them to monitor and adapt to tourism trends.
