The TOURISM 365 conference has become a central gathering place for key leaders and experts in tourism, dedicated to researching trends and the future of tourism and achieving year-round business, and this year brings rich and varied program, providing a unique opportunity for dialogue, exchange of ideas and creation of new partnerships.

  • Strategic Conference: It brings the latest trends, global practices and innovations that shape the future of tourism with a special emphasis on sustainable business, creative development, the impact of climate change, artificial intelligence, green transport and premium experiences
  • Ministerial Forum: It will bring together several European ministers of tourism who will present the development strategies of their destinations, sharing their experiences and solutions for the challenges they face in this period of numerous changes in tourism.
  • Smart Tourism Meet-Up: Will inspire participants with successful examples from practice, showing how creative approaches can improve tourism products and experiences
  • B2B Marketplace: Organized in cooperation with the London New Deal Europe, will enable new business collaborations, connecting domestic tourists with global agencies and tour operators
  • Educational Workshops: Experts will present the latest practices in the field of AI, marketing and destination development, and discuss potential solutions to current challenges with the participants
  • Evening Networking: Informal evening activities in attractive locations will provide additional opportunities for networking in a relaxed environment

So far, seven conferences have been held, which were hosted by two prime ministers, four Ministerial Forums were held and more than 175 experts from more than 20 countries from three continents presented themselves. More than 1.000 participants from 25 countries follow the event, live and online, year after year, and last year during the first B2B Marketplace more than 460 pre-arranged meetings were held, which is the right basis for starting a series of new collaborations with the aim of promoting and sales of year-round offers of Croatian tourism.

At this year's conference, for the first time in Croatia, the world-famous will be a guest Juliet Kinsman, the first editor of the sustainability feature at the famous Condé Nast Traveller, the luxury travel lifestyle magazine. She is the author of books on sustainable tourism and the editor of Mr & Mrs Smith and Louis Vuitton City Guides. In addition to her, she will also present her insight into the latest trends in global tourism Tom Hall, vice president of Lonely Planet, the most famous travel guide in the world.

Numerous international and domestic experts will participate in the conference, namely -  Istvan Ujhelyi /UN Tourism Ambassador, Frederico Fernandes /Director of the Arab Aviation Summit, Alessandra Priante / Director ENIT of the National Tourist Board of Italy, Csilla Mezosi /Director of ESPA, the European Thermal Tourism Association, George Tziallas /Executive advisor at DBC Didakasia, Tina Murn i Robert Dee /Founders and directors of New Deal Europe, Kristjan Staničić /Director of HTZ, Siniša Topalović /Global Director of Tourism Consulting from Horwath HTL, and others.

The conference promotes partnership relations in the profession, so this year it is hosting educational workshops CREW TikTok communities and LEAP Summit.

The B2B Marketplace, which we are including in the program for the second time, is designed to bring together companies and individuals dedicated to the creation and promotion of sustainable year-round tourism tourist opportunities", emphasizes Ivana Kolar, organizer of the conference and director of the consulting company Julius Rose.

Participants of the B2B Marketplace, which is organized in cooperation with the London New Deal Europe, specialists in B2B meetings in tourism, with many years of experience and a global reputation, will have the opportunity to connect with qualified global customers - travel consultants, product and program managers of travel companies and agencies.

After the workshop, a five-day study trip was organized during which visitors will get to know Croatian tourism outside the summer season. They will be presented with the most beautiful locations, hotels, restaurants and other attractive facilities of the City of Zagreb, Croatian Zagorje and Kvarner, with a special emphasis on cultural, gastronomic, well-being and premium experiences.
