Towards the very peak of the season, HTZ promotes nautical tourism and the safety of the destination

In addition to the already existing video on nautical tourism, the Croatian Tourist Board created three more videos for advertising on social networks

Croatian tourist agency has launched a promotional campaign on the topic towards the very peak of the season navigation and security of Croatia as a tourist destination, and all with the aim of further positioning Croatia as a quality and attractive destination for vacations and travels. Activities within the campaign will be carried out until July 20, and included six markets, ie Germany, Austria, UK, Spain, Italy and Sweden.

"We are entering the very peak of the season, when more than a million guests will stay in our country on a daily basis. A significant part of them come precisely because of nautical tourism, one of the tourist products for which Croatia is very well recognized in the global framework. With this campaign, we want to bring all visitors even closer to the overall nautical offer of our country, but also to highlight the fact that the safety of staying in Croatian destinations is at a very high level. This is confirmed, among other things, by a recent study by Numbe, according to which Croatia is the safest European country for walking at night.", he said Kristjan Staničić, director of HTZ, adding that enhanced promotional activities are carried out through online communication channels.

In addition to the already existing video about nautical tourism, the Croatian Tourist Board has made another one three videos for advertising on social networks (Instagram i TikTok) with special emphasis on Germany, Austria, Italy i UK. Each video is about 30 seconds long and at the same time talks about security Croatia as a tourist destination. They are highlighted 24 activities which guests can experience during their 24-hour stay in our country, and many followers on social networks get to know and fjak as a special state of mind and a way of rest that can only be experienced in Croatia.

Let's add how system data eVisitor show that there are currently around 800 guests staying in Croatia, the majority of whom are in Istria, Split-Dalmatia County and Kvarner, and by destination in Rovinj, Vir, Umag, Dubrovnik and Poreč. Currently, the majority of guests in Croatia come from Germany, Slovenia, the domestic market, the Czech Republic, Poland and Austria.
