The Croatian National Tourist Board has prepared additional clarifications for travel agencies regarding the procedures for registering and deregistering tourists and keeping a list of tourists via the eVisitor system. Also, with the aim of further strengthening the customer support system for all entities that use the eVisitor system, a call center for customer inquiries has been established, which resolves all issues as soon as possible.
