The Vlašić airline family from Osijek celebrated 30 years of business

In the Urania cinema in Osijek, 14.10.2023. starting at 18:00, with the documentary How do you think it can't be? the life, renunciation, persistence and faith in the success of a family from Osijek are shown.

The film talks about 30 years of business and what is behind the success of a successful entrepreneurial story such as that of the Vlašić family.

"When I met them, I was fascinated by the persistence and enthusiasm with which they work. So special because of the work and the way they work and yet so simple. I decided to follow their path and document it. Today, many people wonder what success is and how to achieve it. Their success is the product of a boyhood dream of flying." said director Josip Grizbaher, who started this project more than 10 years ago.

Back in 1993, one man's dream became a reality. Unaware of where life would take him at that moment, together with his wife Jasna, he registered the company AIR TRACTOR doo. Behind the company AIR TRACTOR doo hides the well-known "good spirit" of Slavonia and Baranja.

When it gets crowded with mosquitoes, he and his now recognizable red Antonov protect the city from the air for years. Miroslav Vlasic he honed his craft for years performing work from the air, but also as a teacher, flight instructor. Behind him are generations of untrained pilots, most of whom are still flying in major airlines today. He passed his passion for flying on to his children, who followed in his footsteps, so it is not surprising that he invests and develops in the direction of the aviation industry.

Air Pannonia is the only one in Croatia that has three JETs

Air Pannonia, a sister company of Air Tractor, a recognizable European brand of VIP transportation, was founded in 2014. By expanding and constantly investing in the quality of their service, they positioned themselves in the European heaven of success.

In accordance with market needs and with the aim of further improvement and expansion, they currently operate with three aircraft Cessna 525 CJ license plates 9A-JIM, Cessna 525a CJ2 registration number 9A-JIP and Cessna 525a CJ2 registration number 9A-JET.

By the way, it is important to emphasize that Air Pannonia is the only company in Croatia that deals with to all segments of aviation: pilot training, service, pilot English language testing, medical transport of organs and, of course, VIP transport of business users.

Parallel to the development of aviation, diametrically opposite, in 2000, the Vlašić family invests in the business of custom-made furniture and establishes the Hobi Centar Company. The company moved to a new location at the very beginning and started operating that same year. From the year 2000 until today, through constant investments and following trends, Hobi Centar has become the leading company for making custom-made furniture in the region, whose "rudder" is held by Jasna Vlašić.

It was with the joint family forces and with their 43 employees within all companies that they reached the 30th anniversary of successful business. Documentary film How do you think it can't be done? is not just a presentation of the success of an entrepreneurial family, but a thank you to all those who supported them on their business journey.
